Privacy policy

This policy sets out how the personal data of the Republican Public Association “International Mediation Center” (IDR) is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.

Purposes of processing. Personal data is collected and processed to handle inquiries, organize mediation procedures and training, and inform about the center's services.

Consent of the subject. Data is processed only with the subject's consent given when filling in forms on the website.

Retention periods. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or until the subject withdraws consent.

Rights of the data subject. The subject has the right to request information about the processing of their data, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent.
